Fee Schedule

Physical Therapy Initial Evaluations are required for all new patients or for patients that have not been examined or treated for an extended period of time. Initial Evaluations consist of a review of patient history and systems, physical examination, establishing a diagnosis and plan of care, and treatment.  

A regular physical therapy session consists of an initial discussion and exam,  treatment, and a discussion concerning exercise plans and a future plan of care.
